Accomplishment:
As a recipient of a Federal government contract, we performed CFO outsourcing for a private sector company which grew from $500K to $100M in revenue over 2 years. In this role, we developed their accounting department including creating the contracts management and purchasing department. We helped with hiring staff, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and established their accounting system and internal controls all within 18 months.
